In general, it is recommended that you address departmental concerns starting with your department. If you are uncomfortable talking directly to individuals within your department, or if you desire to make a formal complaint, you may report your concern directly to your residential college staff, the Graduate School, the Office of the Dean of the Faculty, the Office of Human Resources, or Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, as appropriate.
