While Steenrod operations are fundamental to ordinary cohomology, their counterparts in extraordinary theories are often difficult to define and compute. In this talk, I will present the theory of Eulerian sequences as a powerful tool address this issue. We show that $R$-Eulerian sequences effectively classify stable $R$-cohomology operations, offering a systematic way to recover their structural properties. This framework yields new, computationally tractable Steenrod-like operations for a variety of extraordinary cohomology theories, including applications in the equivariant setting.
