I will discuss a min-max theory developed for certain minimal hypersurfaces in hyperbolic space. In particular, we show that given two strictly stable minimal hypersurfaces that have the same asymptotic behavior, there is a new one trapped between the two. I will also discuss a topological uniqueness result as its application.
