On Sunday, August 31, 2025, Princeton University celebrated the academic accomplishments of its students with the awarding of undergraduate prizes at Opening Exercises. Included among the honors presented was the George B Wood Legacy Sophomore Prize, awarded each year to members of the junior class in recognition of exceptional academic achievement during their sophomore year. This year's prize is shared by Zechang (Charlie) Yang, math major and Haruka Nabeshima, psychology major.
