There are many questions in algebraic geometry which require constructing algebraic cycles or vector bundles with special properties.  In the case of hyperkahler manifolds, Markman introduced a general approach for such constructions, using twistor families and Verbitsky's theory of hyperholomorphic bundles.  I will explain this technique and some conjectures for which it can be used.
