This talk will be focused on the spectral properties of random preferential attachment graphs. In recent decades, they have gained a lot of attention from researchers across many different fields. In particular, it has been observed through computations that the spectral distribution has a triangle shape with power law tails, and that the largest eigenvectors are localized. We will discuss the main ideas that show that those observations are indeed true.
