In this talk, we shall discuss the status of local-global principles for semi-integral points on Campana orbifolds arising from Markoff surfaces and obstructions to them. We will then explain the distribution of Campana orbifolds which have semi-integral points that do not come from integral points on the corresponding Markoff surface.
