Planar last passage percolation and directed polymers with an integrable structure coming from either the RSK correspondence or the geometric RSK correspondence exhibit a certain Markovian structure. I will show how to combine this Markovian structure with basic translation and reflection invariance properties to produce new and interesting symmetries of these models.
