The total dual VMRT of a family of minimal rational curves carries some information on the positivity of the tangent bundle of rationally connected manifolds. In this talk, I will discuss the total dual VMRT and its application to the pseudo-effective cone of the projectivized tangent bundle on Fano manifolds.
