Humour, Linky!, Outrageous!

The Lawyers at Bromberg and Sunstein put together a flowchart to determine the expiry of a copyrighted work. This is one heck of a complicated flowchart... even worse then some of the Oulipo automatic writing schemes I've seen.

Name your child wisely. Infants have been stopped at airports due to the No-Fly List. First they make innocent little fellas in tuxes pass through metal detectors, now they claim 11-month-olds can be a threat to national security. What's wrong with those TSA people? Do they expect a newborn to puke them to death? I mean, yes there are protocols to be followed, and the law says you need to verify the passports of people on the No-Fly List, but are we so freaking dumb that after staring a two-year-old in the eye that we can say, against common sense or reason, that the kid should be detained?

The advice from the police: "Leave the plastic gun inside, Pal!" A vendor dressed as a Stormtrooper at a Star Wars Con was surrounded by police after someone called in an "armed robber in white armor".

Scientist Cards are the new fad. They are just like baseball cards, but geekier!
