Tracking Time-Dependent Geometry
Abstract:
The talk will evolve around a real-time geometry motion
capture system we are building. Our system tracks non-rigid
surfaces that are marked up in a specific fashion. Several
camera nodes perform real-time video processing and establish
correspondence between the visual primitives tracked in
the video and the apriori known surface model. I will describe
the overall architecture of the system, some details of our
implementation, as well as several interesting problems that
we are facing. Some alternative approaches will also be
discussed.
