Wavelets, Spectral Sets and Tiling

 Abstract:  In this talk we consider the following question: What are the
allowable dilation and translation sets for an orthonormal wavelet
basis? We answer this question for wavelet bases generated by wavelet
sets. This question has a surprising connection to the study of spectral
sets and tiling.
