Finite Frames and Sigma-Delta Quantization
Abstract:
Frame theory is a tool for giving robust and redundant signal representations. Finite frames are a part of this theory which arises naturally in many finite dimensional applications. We shall discuss the problem of quantizing redundant finite frame expansions for R^d, and show that Sigma-Delta schemes are an effective approach.
